0001789: Zandronum and DehSUPP

Description

Hello,

I am sorry if this is already changed in 2.0 or any dev. version.
If not this could increase compatibility with old Zdoom wads and ZDaemon ones,

Problem is that zandronum tryin to load dehsupp patches (older decorate like)
even it can't since its deprecated by zdoom wold because of decorate.
It could act like (g)zdoom does that it disables any dehacked patches if dehsupp lump is found in wad. (in case someone don't want to restore its functionality hah).

This will allow to load wads which includes dehsupp even decorate and wad can be cross-port compatible (like (g)zdoom is)
