0001753: Freedoom IWAD as alternative to Doom's

Description

Freedoom should be accepted as an alternative IWAD for Doom's, be it TNT, Plutonia, Ultimate Doom or Doom 2, provided there is a PWAD loaded in the server replacing every map. Currently, loading it as an IWAD gives lump authentication error for the user.

Perhaps the best way to implement this, is creating a new hardcoded CVAR to let the client use customized IWADs, or a more flexible way to handle the lump protection.
