0001651: Some GAMEINFO keys error

Description

STARTUPTITLE, STARTUPCOLORS, STARTUPTYPE, and STARTUPSONG cause Zandronum 140104 to exit with the error 'Expected identifier but got string constant "<string>" instead.'

Steps To Reproduce

Run the attached pk3 in Zandronum 2.0. It works in ZDoom 2.5.0.
