Summary0001572: dumpactors debug command conflict
DescriptionIn p_mobj.cpp Carnevil added a dumpactors command to get basic information on all actors in the game. This conflicts with a recently added non-debug command in dobject.cpp to dump the doomed numbers and spawn ids of actors.

This breaks debug mode compiles.

I renamed the debug command to dumpcurrentactors.
