0001540: Selecting Timidity with no Timidity installed kills Zandronum on start and gives confusing error message

Description

When Timidity is selected as midi output, it makes Zandronum not start up and emit message "execvp failed" among other output. The output ends with cryptic message "zandronum: Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server :0.". I'm attaching full output.

Steps To Reproduce

Run Zandronum on OS without Timidity installed with Timidity selected as midi output.

Additional Information

Instead of "execvp failed", it should output message related to Timidity. That makes the issue easier to debug.

(0007399) Killer666 (reporter) 2013-10-13 20:12	When reproducing: use doom2 IWAD without anything else loaded. The described behavior does not appear when the map does not use MIDI for music. This issue might affect ZDoom as well. I will try to reproduce it on ZDoom (once I get it installed) and then report the issue to them, too. The related code (sound/music_midi_timidity.cpp) is likely from there.
