Summary

0001228: Demo_SkipTics with a negative number crashes the client

Description

Find a demo and use Demo_SkipTics -200 and it will crash. I wanted to ideally go back in time and thought his would would, but instead it just hung and I had to ctrl+alt+del out. Maybe reject an arg of < 0? Or make it go back in time (that would be even more awesome)
