Summary 0002348: DBAB22 radio does not work online

Steps To Reproduce Local server steps:
1. zandronum -host -file dbab3.pk3 -file dbabrmb6.pk3 +map dbab22
2. Go to the radio room in (800, -60, 0)
3. A radio is atop a crate. Activate the red switch behind it.
4. Press the radio. A teamspeak recording should play.

2. Puke script 7 to activate the radio
3. Go to the radio room in (800, -60, 0)
4. Press the radio that is on a crate. A teamspeak recording will play except not online.

2. Puke script 7 to activate the radio
