Summary 0001899: Monsters with DesignatedTeam ignore opposing team players

Steps To Reproduce 1. Start a TeamGame or CTF server

2. Join the red team.

3. Using console, 'summonfriend RedTeamZombieman'

4. Spectate and rejoin Blue

5. The Zombie should be ignoring you unless you've attacked it.
