Summary	0000729: Inconsistent script activation in emulated teammode

Additional Information	In offline mode, Bots activate ENTER scripts as should be, but players do not. Players DO activate RESPAWN scripts upon entering the game, though. In pure multiplayer mode, with a server hosting the game, everything works as expected.
