After hearing that Generic Announcer for the umpteenth time I decided to go digging around my old systems and see if I can't pull a miracle out from the depths of obscurity. Thank the heavens I did.
I present to you all zvox the skulltag edition:

zvox for some of you whom do not know, zvox is the default ctf announcer (also voice pack but uh, yeah) for ZDaemon, the actual announcer sounds come from various Unreal Tournament games and is by far the best ctf voice pack to date as well as the least annoying one to listen on repeat.
