Disabling multiplayer items in co-op?

Disabling multiplayer items in co-op?

I'm trying to get a little server going to play co-op with friends, but I can't seem to figure out how to prevent multiplayer ammo/items from spawning. The flag to disable deathmatch weapons works fine, but ammo and items still show up (like the berserk pack and rockets in E1M1) and I can't find a flag to get rid of them.

sv_coop_spactorspawn 1, then restart the map.
The Ranger - New class for HeXen.
