Doomsday: because can run doom in 3D with Direct 8.1 :D
Zandronum: can be played online
PRboom: when i want to play like old times this is my way ;)

Zandronum - Because works great on loonux and has a large community so there are always people to play with on map types that you enjoy.
Zdaemon/Odamex - Because a lot of servers and maps that I actually like. Rather than all this AoW , megaman, ghouls vs Humans etc etc newwave crap.
