Most annoying thing that's happened to you on a game?

Oh god there are a lot of things that happen to me that's annoying...
Probably the number one thing is when you fuck yourself over. The incident that seems to be recurring in my head is when playing Adventures of LoLo (NES) and I would fuck up where to place things and ultimately screw myself over requiring a do over or to kill myself and you only had a certain amount of lives before you got flung back to the start of the floor.

Recently?

Playing Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. One party member down, fairly early in game so no way to revive them. SURPRISE BOSS FIGHT. Hadn't saved for 20+ minutes.

Overall?

Playing Dragon's Dogma. Final boss fight. 10+ health bars. Climb on to boss, start stabbing him in the heart. He flies up, I fall off. No warning, instant death. Happened three more times. Last time it happened, I had the boss about halfway down on his final health bar. I got so mad that I threw my controller at the ground, it bounced off the floor, hit the wall to the left of me, bounced off, hit the wall in front of me and fell behind my TV.

Oh yeah, I once collected 5 000 000 souls on Demon's Souls to spend as I wanted. I died attempting to fight a boss and then died again attempting to regain them souls. Then my nerves exploded.

In Black Ops 2: Zombies on the map Origins, the Panzer Soldats just ruin everything. It gets really annoying when they grab you, bring you towards it, and burns you to death (with the exception of quick revive on solo).

Alright, this happened just now. I was playing Shadow Warrior Classic Redux, and the worst physic bug in Duke Nukem 3d and SW caused my death. The one where "if you hit an enemy with an explosive, any explosive, instead of being knocked back they get pushed towards you". Well, guess how it went. I was fighting a gray ninja, those that can shoot grenades. I fired a grenade shell to it, it came right up to my face and decided to blow himself up with me. But this isn't the fun part. I survived the grenade, what caused my death was being thrown the window of the house, and fall to my death, due to the falling damage...

One time I was playing Goldeneye on the N64, and this happened:
This guard was preparing a grenade to throw so I nicked him in the leg, then he resumed firing his weapon (with one hand, which looked awesome). Then after downing him, I ran to loot his body and somehow, the grenade THEN decided to resume its timer and blow me to pieces. I was annoyed at the instant it happened. But then, I started laughing at how that even happened.

Most recently, Battlefield 4. Playing conquest mode, half the team goes recon and camps up on the tallest structure in the map. All the while complaining that none of the points are being capped.
