[fixed] Brutal Doom not saving my settings

#1

Post by Sir-hidden » Sun Aug 09, 2015 7:55 am

for some reason whenever I quit out of Brutal Doom this little message shows up and says the config file F:/Program Files (x86)/zandronum/zandronum.ini could not be written: Access is denied. if anybody has any idea on how to fix this that would be amazing. okay so I tried installing zandronum in a different location and that seem to fix things thanks for the help

Do not install Zandronum in the Program Files folder.
Reinforcements: midgame Survival joining/respawning
Doom64: Unabsolved: Doom64 + Diablo II
ZandroSkins: a pack made by our community
AeniPuffs: 3D blood and bullet puff effects, free to use for your own mods
Squad Radio: a WASD-based radio chat menu, add your own custom sounds!
Mercenaries (on hold)

The installer puts it there by default, and I think it shouldn't. That's almost as bad as advising players to put Brutal Doom in the skins folder.
