Revamping moderator groups & subforum moderators

Like the title says: I'm revamping the moderator groups and making subforum moderators standard.

Basically, the old Moderators group was merged into the Global Moderators group. I've also gone through all the sub-forums and made sure the moderator settings were up to date (for the Nth time, actually!).

What are "subforum moderators"? They're individual moderators that admins or global moderators assign to a subforum, without needing to mess with usergroups (trust me, in the moderator/admin tools this can be quite a mess!).

For example, this means that our Competition/Clans/Community Events moderator Razgriz is actually able to live up to their job description more accurately now!
EDIT: To reply to people asking me this often: No, Razgriz has not been demoted, they now just have mod access to the competition/etc area. Sorry for the confusion.

Spoiler: previous info that used to be in this spot before the edit (Open)
EDIT: If you're wondering what the original "Contributors" user group was, it was an old group originally made for individuals who have contributed in some manner to Zandronum, like Tiger (wiki maintainer), and Medicris (did the graphic of my "SciFi Helmet Guy" for the frontpage & tracker headers), etc. (Those users are now in a newer revamped Contributors group.)

It was originally created so we could keep in contact with them, it was not really a status symbol or anything like that. I'm in the process of revamping this group as well. While individual users can be assigned as per-subforum moderators, the Contributors group is not a moderator group.
EDIT: I refashioned the old "Contributors" group into a more specific group: Staff.

Previously we only had the IRC Operators group for Zandronum staff. Now we have a general staff group so it's not such a mystery who is on the staff. For example, Jenova from #staff is now in this group.

This group does not have special moderator powers over the forums by default, and can only moderate areas they have been assigned to.
Razgriz for example has been moderating the Community Events section for a while, and due to the revamp their position is now much more clear.
