Due to the fact that the forum layout hasn't been touched since launch, I am taking the liberty of cleaning it up and writing descriptions of forums and sub-forums that previously had no description.

This includes separating the Forum Games section from the Off-Topic section, which are both now moved into an Everything Else section.

If you have any questions or comments, you may post them here.

Hopefully where and what kind of content we can post in will become clearer in the Maps, Modifications & Projects forum when the cleanup comes around. Those three words themselves may not be enough to describe the content people might share. In my case, announcers.
