Help with Plutonia in Zandronum/Brutal Doom

On Map 11 of The Plutonia Experiment (Speed), any time I try to load a save about halfway through the map, Zandronum crashes. After it crashes, it gives me the usual nashgore bloodpoolstain stuff, but it also says the "map has 2 unused sidedefs." Is there a fix to this? I really want to finish Plutonia with Brutal Doom but this sidedef thing is keeping me from doing so.
