0004164: Add enemy icon back from Skulltag + an option to toggle ally/enemy icons
The old Skulltag enemy icon should be added back. Additionally, a setting should be added in the Multiplayer Options menu to toggle ally & enemy icons. With this setting, the player would have a choice to see only ally icons (default), only enemy icons, both ally and enemy icons, or have neither icon visible at all.

I added support for the enemy icon back to Zandronum (but I'm actually using unknownna's improved enemy icon from'https://zandronum.com/tracker/view.php?id=4203 [^]'), as well as CVars to choose between showing ally or enemy icons always, in team-based game modes only, or never. I included this as part of my medal/icon overhaul merge request:'https://foss.heptapod.net/zandronum/zandronum-stable/-/merge_requests/118 [^]'

To maintain the current behaviour, by default, the enemy icon is never rendered while the ally icon is only rendered in team-based game modes.

This seems to work well. Thank you very much, it's a very cool feature, with the different options to toggle.
