Team Game HUD Support

I made this workaround for the inability for SBARINFO to recognise a players team.
This only works for 2 teams, if you want to add support for more, go ahead.

If you are making a HUD and need team support, feel free to use this wad, that is its purpose.

Currently the only HUD that supports this is my Original Style Fullscreen HUD, hopefully it'll catch on though.

This will cause Authentication errors for clientside, autoloaded HUDs due to the included ACS. So, the feature being part of SBARINFO would be better.

This wad is supposed to be hosted on the server for that reason.
