[Launch Error]Failed to allocate -1 bytes from process heap

So i wanted to play this game again, everything runs fine, i did the Portable Installation but when launching it just says "Failed to allocate -1 bytes from process heap" and stands there. Installed normally again, same happens. Pic:

I have Windows 8 x64 bits. And also have the IWADS installed.

I think he means more or less how are you launching Zandronum.

I use doomseeker obviusly, i can download all the wads but it gets me an error everytime i try to join
