Look everyone here already knows what uptight deathmatch is so I'm skipping intro.

Anyway I am deciding to rework uptightdm now. By this I mean I am taking the original mapset and slicing it in half because most of the submitted maps I got were pretty much centered for duel and thats not built for a deathmatch wad duh. This current release has 28 complete maps and 4 more are currently being made making a ending count of 32 with a secret map so 33 in total.

I also forgot to mention I'll be releasing an uptightduel wad shortly after I complete the deathmatch side, so I can also take duel submissions...

Oh yeah and I removed that silly color palette swap.

It's criminal that no one has replied to this. These maps look fukn gorjis and the layouts seem very nice. Item placement seems balanced enough, when I get a little more free time I'd love to play this online. I'm especially partial of the maps the reference greenwar and dwango because I'm an OSfag.

Great stuff, I'd like to make a map for it but truth is I dunno if I have any worthwhile layouts from recent times.

releasing an update due to some wad issues I was having, always a good idea to have a backup archived.

Anyway added two new maps (uptdm29 and uptdm30) and redone map uptdm14 or the 'greenwar' map to be more like greenwar.

uptdm15 is out of order, under construction and uptdm05 has no music for now. I also have been replacing some music within a few maps.

This is my final release candidate before the full release of uptight deathmatch.

Added uptdmsec and uptdm31 submitted by edd, not completely done but it's playable at least.

Added an extra room in uptdm22 because I wanted to and changed up the awkward bfg room to be, well less awkward.

I'm also done changing the music now, everything is now as it should be so now all thats left is one map and fixing those missing textures so the messages won't show up and the wad is done.

Due to my utter incompetence I still have not finished uptightdm, but I have completed every map except for 1

I've stopped giving a damn so here is the release of what I have so far with every map complete with the exclusion of uptdm31 including many music changes, bug fixes, compatibility for different ports, and lots and lots of non sequiturs.

Is this meant to be played with OS flags + freelook? What settings would you recommend?

whatever flags you want I guess

I did test to make sure no maps can be broken with jumping and crouching if that makes any difference
