It's a Mugen game that's just fucking packed with characters. It's more or less a compilation of different characters than original. Its got 113 characters and 160 stages. It's currently in closed testing which I highly recommend signing up for.

For those whom are interested, you can get Shadow Warrior Classic (by 3D Realms) on Steam for free. The price tag is indefinite (as far as I know). It is a first person shooter, much in the style of Duke Nukem 3D. That is all I have to say.

Unreal Tournament right now is free. You can download it and try to play it. It's in pre-alpha so watch out. Also the UE4 is free but they take royalty if you are going to use for any game. And the editor should be free, also.
