Here's what I get when I try to download the latest version:
I'm assuming Avast just doesn't trust that I'm downloading some janky-ass source port from some dark corner of the internet, but just in case could someone check to make sure that the server wasn't hax0rd and I'm OK?
EDIT: Supposedly this website has a good reputation in Avast's database, so that's why I'm confused.

It's a false positive. Just use the zip version.

False positives for Zandro and related objects are too common. Disregard it.

Totes a false positive.
Do what Ænima said, manual install via ZIP folder.

I know it's a fake positive, but, there isn't anything that can make antivirus think it's ok?
Still antivirus and virus are the crazies softwares ever made, their looks to have life inside of it D:
EDIT: Hmm I actually think zandronum is an evo-gen like software, as a dumb example, a if you are into a server, and the server do some command like "changemus http:\\google.com\music.mp3" or "changemus c:\windows\media\ring.wav" you'll hear the music.
I may be telling some wrong stuff, but it may be just how the software interact with the internet and mouse/keyboard

At the end.
Isn't there a way to not make antivírus softwares thinks zandronum is a vírus?

Not without changing the antivirus itself. I think most of them are just trained to block any large .EXE's under the assumption that it's probably a virus trying to install itself.

What are you trying to say
He either wants his antivirus to turn their heads at it, or to have zandro released in such a way without the warnings.
He then cites console commands that pull up and play files from the internet/your dictory as a possible red flag
