so i finnaly got around to make a texture, i wil use this one with diffrent colours for a map i am making.

(But this one was done with an airbrush tool when the better way is to use gradient mapping so it won't get palette raped)

Your shading is insane! The textures are going to pop out more than the map can.

Edit:

The shadows on some of these textures are a bit too heavy in my opinion.

Wow, I'm curious to see how they look ingame. Making textures from scaled-down photos of buildings is so 1998.

a tread for zauberer development has opened at the freedoom subforum. zauberer is a project to create a hexen compatible libre iwad, a sort of freedoom but for hexen. currently the project consists solely of placeholders, so contributors of all kinds (spriters, texturers, mappers, etc) are welcome to join in. right now we want to discuss an overaching theme, to prevent the mismatch of resources that has afected freedoom. you can join the discussion here:

I like this topic. There needs to be some textures that fit into the Heretic and Hexen games, though.
