Yeah you definitely need to bring it back, its tedious to have to manually open the client, put in the IP address and do RCON stuff over and over especially when you host multiple servers with say BestEver. It was much more convenient having the shortcut key where you could do commands and or administration on the fly without having to join the server.

Or I could be just lazy.

PK7's are not enabled as an additional WAD type by default. This makes it impossible for newbies with no knowledge of that setting to join some servers that host PK7 files. I hope this gets fixed. (Dunno why there's an option to disable it anyway.)

I've had 12 people bitch that my mod is corrupted when it wasn't thanks to this god-awful setting, and had to instruct them to enable PK7s in DE's settings. No offense bond, but I dunno what the fuck you were thinking by making it like this.

Just because you can make and publish wad files (or any ZDoom based format), it doesn't make you a god nor are you able to throw your weight around. Besides acting so childish and immature about the issue, why not stay neutral - much like reporting issues on the Zandronum Tracker, which I know Torr Samaho requests that users stay neutral.

I love it so far. The one thing I think is a little annoying is that when DE starts it automatically starts you on the single player screen. I want it to show the servers first, is there any way to set that in a configuration?

That reminds me Bond.. Now that 2.0 is out.. Are you gonna update the zan part of IDE/DE to have dmflags3 be replaced by ZADMFlags, and compatflags2 replaced by ZaCompatFlags as seen here > http://wiki.zandronum.com/DMFlags#Zandronum_2.0 ?

Also, sorry for double posting but.. nobody posted yet I guess...

I found out what makes the damn "List index out of bounds (0)" box come up.. It happens to be when I add megagame.wad to the Iwads list, then make it hide any server running it, and applying the filter. It comes up multiple times when I refresh.

I got that old IDE bug freezing the browser. Dunno what causes it, but when the browser remains active for a while in the background and literally froze making it impossible to interact.

demo recording became messed up after latest DE's update, they ALL get named this way:
YYYY.MM.DD_HH.MM.SS_doom2.skulltag_actors_1-1-1pk3.cld
but the most annoying part is that when trying to play them DE puts only "skulltag-actors-1-1-1.pk3" in PWADs list while all the other wads have to be added manually. Sigh

in general, you do not have to manually add wads when play demo - the program will make it for you
seems demos format was changed in 2.0, forgot to check..
and about demo names:
1. all 3 multiplayer ports now have full info about used wads - so its not necessary to put all wad names in demo name
2. if there are too many wads loaded on server (ordinary situation for zandronum), the name of the demo become too large (hard to read)
so i decided to limit number of wads in demo name: iwad + 1st pwad
do you have another suggestion?
