Portals not working in OpenGL

Heya! So recently when mapping I've found that portals don't look right in OpenGL render. I think it might be something to do with the 1.3 update as i never had any problems with them beforehand.

As an example, my portal should look like this everywhere http://i.imgur.com/jcq3422.png
But in a lot of places comes out partly or completely gone http://i.imgur.com/BNTIqLa.png or... worse http://i.imgur.com/D4t7RYn.png

I have tested this with the 2.0-alpha-r140112-1124 build of zandronum and get the same results. And, of course, it works flawlessly in gzdoom.
