After he did something stupid in B and blamed me, I left B and hated the guy forever for not even acknowledging how good I was at the time (for the clan anyway). It doesn't matter how he is in IRL or what ever, what matters, here on the internet, is what are you doing and what decisions are you making around people in a community.

You look like you've forgotten about that part where you were running around this port like "hey it's me, the mighty IdeIdoom, and the clan I carry — !"; I've seen that kind of behavior 2 or 3 times in a row, and everything that was after, you consider "not even acknowledging how good you were".

As a side note, I love how dickish Mastodon is, given that he personally didn't take part in any of my bad decisions and is just following these troll observers like Catastrophe that skulk around and shittalk everything that's possible to shittalk. Although I do remember some transitional period when Mastodon himself told me that he gets too dickish and for that reason leaves the clan (I don't remember which, I think it was either or previous [VGL]). So this was pretty predictable.

To clarify. Your team is people who you consider to be friends (at least to Doom standards), and thus it's people who you consider to be equal to you while talking to them or about them. This was never the case with you. You see your clanmates either as rivals (if they are better than you) or untermensch (if they are worse than you). In the very best case you see your clanmates as nothing. A doomguy sprite. This is why you clanhop a lot, too.

I seriously recommend people at SC to kick you until you broke yet another democratic clan with your presence, like old <N> there.

Anyway, I can explain oddities in my recruiting policy a bit. Again, please point me at the line where I'm wrong. If I'm actually wrong there, I'd love to fix the error.

1. The main rule is — no prejudices. Only things that I personally know and/or have seen the proof of are valid. Once I discover something bad, the guy is kicked in that exact second (HI Shadowfox).
2. Newbies are recruited because one needs to play CTF in order to learn CTF. Pub != playing CTF.
3. "Retards" are recruited because I'm asocial (HI Catastrophe) and don't trust the community. I know that it tends to act like a herd and just pick up popular opinions (HI SwordGrunt, people like you ruin the world, you make history, be happy), with these popular opinions originating from within [A3] clan (HI Mobius, I'm glad that you finally got banned).
4. Former hackers are recruited because I believe that people change. At least half of current competitive players hacked at least once in the past (HI Tenchu).

Before recruiting people, you should AT LEAST test them in a duel, or if you think they aren't good material (I dunno what's good material for you), you should help them get into the community by trying to get him to duel a lot, join in FNF SNS, try to get him into priv, pub.
