After reading through the new comments, I think the best solution for you Alex is to make an addon wad patch that accomplishes the team only unblock players. It would be just a small fix which is the quickest way rather than wait for a new DMFlag to be implemented. I think it's a fair middle ground between yes and no since your fat teammates won't block you, but you will still be able to block your fat enemies. In addition, this version of unblock could be triggered upon a certain player count as well.
Also having your shots pass through your teammates is a terrible idea. We don't need Pub CTF: Baby Edition.

Say that to when I run at a flag from the same distance as the enemy team, but somehow they touch it first due to lower ping and I can't, because I got higher ping. You think that's a skill? Telefragging is broken, just saying. You get stuck inside another guy instead of killing him (if he's enemy) or just running away (if he's teammate).

The only way to fix this would be to add +THRUSPECIES on the blue/red classes instead of relying on the dmflag.
You could still make it toggleable by giving an inventory item that adds/removes the THRUSPECIES flag via ACS/whatever..
