- If a website or service requires free registration (for example, Steam or GOG), mention the site
- Don't forget to mention if the game is released for free only for a limited time, or if there may be any other gameplay/access related fees (recurring or otherwise, like a free trial for an MMO that requires payment to continue after the trial ends)
- Don't link to "abandonware" or "warez"! No commercial game "cracks" are allowed as per the forum rules.
If you are unsure if a website you're linking is allowed or not, check to see if it has a Wikipedia entry, if it's listed as an abandonware site do not post it here.
