That was a joke, heh. He just left actually, and Kolo was kicked due to dick behavior towards Dastan (that's why he left).
Although I'd kick Dastan as well because Kolo didn't actually do anything now (unlike in the past in ZD), but Dastan still bringed their drama to Zandronum as soon as he learned Kolo's ZD nickname.

Also there's certain difference between managing recruitment in the clan and actually leading it. I'm doing the first thing.

Also (x2): the reason for which I tend to recruit people and then kick is that I believe that everyone needs a chance and should be actually tested before not allowing him to play.

Camph0r was recruited and immediately kicked: invalid recruit, managed to cause even the person that adviced to recruit him to almost quit VGL.

uggi121 has left for [TE]. Honestly I don't like the idea since it only helps to maintain VGL's position as a clan for newbies. People join, get introduced to CTF and randomly leave... and the most funny thing is that they see their leaving as "continuation of their path".

You know that's one stupid reason to kick someone, because sometimes one person might have no time to scrim or etc.

IdeIdoom it was not time, he just didn't want to scrim on NJ... He wanted to play on GV. We wanted to go NJ because for some reason my indian router gave me the same ping to nj and gv (nj ping to gv, yes, >200, so I was fine with it) and spider was pinging bad too.

That was not the only factor, Kolovrat also got caught in a range which made him unable to scrim on GV servers, but by the time Konar removed it, it was too late. That was the main cause of the speculation to move to NJ, but Dastan refused to play because he would've pinged ~140 when we ourselves would have had Galactus pinging 90-100 to NJ, me pinging 260 and last but not least, Spider pinging higher than normal due to his recent bad routing
