Helping people. Having the ability to rid bad apples from the community and have people play in a more peaceful environment. A good majority of people had no issues talking to me, some on a very personal level where they were having really bad issues IRL, I couldn't give all the best advice, but it was nice that I could be there for someone to talk to when they needed it, and quite a few people used that to their advantage.

In that case, probably the switch from ST to Zandro. When me and the other admins made that move, I think it was the best thing for the community.
