Oh also, I noticed that in one rotation of the "A" frame, only one pantleg is colored green while the other is still black:

Anyways, so far the changelog for v0.4 looks like this:

  • v0.4:
  • Added Zandroguy and Dark Corps!
  • Added better sounds for the NES Marine.
  • Translated the Winter Camo guy's dark green patches to a lighter green so that they translate.
  • Fixed a startup error message regarding Super Strifeguy's sounds.


I'd like to release it soon, but it feel like it'd be a more complete release if I waited a little longer for Agaures to finish his Mynx skin. Having at least 3 new skins per release is probably better than having a new version for every new skin. Because it would probably annoy most players if they had to redownload the PK3 every 2 weeks. (Or however far and few between skin completions are...)


Buuut anyways. If Aguares doesn't finish Mynx within the next few days then I'll just release v0.4 as is. Does anybody have any suggestions until then regarding any particular skin?

Yeah, I never knew what that was. Glad you figured it out. But it never really hurt anything did it? Seems like after playing with it (for how long now?), you'd see some kinda damage.

I don't know if the billy mays skin has bothered anyone yet to where they'd want it removed or just redone with different sounds.

That's implying anyone has even used it to begin with.

last time ive seen it used which was before it was included here iirc, but i found the sounds to be quite annoying so i got rid off it.

imo they could be redone to be less obnoxious and have less cutoffs

New version out! Unfortunately Mynx didn't get in on time, but it will be in the next version!

ZandroGuy has a CREDIT lump that conflicts with the one in Doom 2. Technically, aren't skin WADs not supposed to have any extraneous lumps anyway?

Oh shit. Thanks for pointing this out. Will fix.


And for right now I'll leave any CREDITS or WADINFO lumps in their respective wads until I write a proper credits list that lists the maker of each skin along with the bases and resources they used.

So in the next version (hopefully if Mynx gets finished too) there will be 4 female skins. :O
