Ok this is a release (possibly not final but it's good to go) of an announcer my friend did the voices for.
The [video] tag is deprecated, please use the [media] tag
Changes:
Got rid of all clipping (I think)
Volume is good now (best to have it as max in announcer settings)
Normalized some voices
Sound info correct
Added credits
Corrected name misspelling
Spoiler: how to use (Open)
Place in announcer folder under Zandronum, then select the Mireille announcer in multiplayer - player setup

Well I can tell you its not what I expected it to be, I wasn't expecting a cute small like voice telling me to kill other marines so it gave me a chuckle.
I was actually thinking of making a announcer my self, you have any tips? like software, microphones, etc.

I'm in agreement with MrSetharoo.
And I too could really benefit in locating a z&-specific guide for crafting announcer packs.

Cheers guys, I'll have a full release very soon. You can have a look in the PK3 and see how it's laid out. I dunno what program she used to record, probably Audacity - I used Audacity and setup a chain to batch increase the volume on the files. The mic she used was
this, but I'm sure most would be fine, I think what sound card you have makes a difference too.

a video demonstrating the anouncer would be nice testing it anyway.

I know Audacity is a good program but I've used Adobe's sound editor program as well and it has some good points, but Audacity is open source so if you find the right plugins it could be better than Adobe's program.

Yeah I'm no expert really I just like the ease of making batch process commands in audacity.

Audacity is pretty much the best recording/mixing/converting/filtering software around, period. As has already been said in this thread, Audacity is open source, has an endless supply of third-party plugins, and is very flexible because you can write your own batches for it.
When it comes to the hardware side of things, you kinda have to spring for a decent mic. You MIGHT be able to slip by with a cheap mic or headset, but if you're REALLY serious about making good recordings, you'll need to throw down at least 80 USD for a basic quality USB mic. (I picked up a really nice $150 USB mic from Guitar Center about a year and a half ago. A cardioid condenser, nothing special. It comes with its own tripod stand and I use it for everything, it's great.)
Most people in this community probably don't care about sound quality, but meh. It just bugs me to hear tons of background static or excessive clipping in people's announcer packs.

Can you provide the original lossless audio files?

I think he means the original recordings, preferably in .FLAC (the best lossless format).

Yeah she just sent them to me in .mp3 so I'd have to ask though I doubt it. Still though do people have major complaints about sound quality? Seems fine to me.

I could be mistaken, but .wav files should be about as lossless as it gets

Yes, but they're also fucking huge.
FLAC's are the best when it comes to lossless, but honestly I think OGG's would be the best in this situation. They sound pretty good, and they help keep filesize to a minimum.
Honestly, for something like this, you won't notice any difference at all if you listen to a WAV/FLAC and an OGG/MP3 of these sounds side-by-side.

Even with this announcer at full volume, while sound and music are at 5%, its still sorta.. quiet for me. I can barely even hear it over all the game noise.

Changed dl think, may have been an old one. Also the video I added shows how it sounds to me.
