Doomseeker Server Problem (other's cant see my server)

Hello , over these past days I've been trying to figure out the reason why
the server I create wont appear on someone's else computer(Note: on my computer it does show on the doomseeker server list) . I've also tried of making a local host server but neither does that seem to work. Might anyone know what the problem could be ?

I seem to have a problem , on point 7 regarding the part of the Username and Password I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. All the username and passwords which were suggested for the technicolor tg582n seem not to work.

Reset your router and see if it works then.
Resetting your router will take a few minutes, and any changes done to the router settings will be reset, so make sure to doubblecheck on that.

Than contact technical support on your router, because there obviously is something wrong.
