I have a brony friend and my 4 year old cousin watches it. He made me sit through a few episodes that were recorded on Xfinity. Not really my thing but the animation looks pretty clean.

I've no particular interest in My Little Pony. I've put my self to the effort of watching the first two or so episodes, but I do not like it. It's well crafted, well executed and I can see how such a show has a large Periphery Demographic (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/M ... emographic). But it's not my cup of tea.

On the other hand. Although I do not share a specific taste of media, I do support you in your right to express your interest and discuss it on the forums. Nobody should go hate on somebody for the fact of not sharing a certain interest.

I used to hate bronies, because in many internet "places" suddenly I met a huge shitload of pony bullshit. And then that bullshit in Zombie Horde (Klofkac damn you) (Also yes, I play it. Sometimes.). But, later bronies calmed down, and I suddenly started to get interested why they like that ponies so much. Watched 3 episodes, starting as somebody really skeptical, but ended up in loving it. Now I watch it sometimes, because hell I enjoy it.

I am not a brony at all, I don't visit brony sites and bronyanything, yet I watch ponies, and I have seen so good pony parodies, (that usually reference to soviets and communism) and really loved them. And they were made by bronies, ofc. Really, bronies are totally okay ppl, but among them, of course, there's many stupid ones, like everywhere.

Also I use to watch some cartoons for kids, too. And I like doing that.

To be honest, I used to like the show. Now.... *MLP Commercial plays on*.....NO NO NO PLEASE END IT... WHERE IS THE TV REMOTE ..... Ah it ended...phew. Yeah , it haunts me.

EDIT: Let me clarify, I do not hate MLP, nor Do I like it. Some of my friends from [SR] are now bronies (Names : Doomguy , FlippytheYoshi) , and one of them made me watch the show and I started like it. Now , that I watched the season 3 of it, it almost made me kill myself. And with all of this school and stuff, I won't be able to watch a show. So yeah, don't take me as a brony hater, nor a brony.

I'm still waiting for all the Doom Bronies to get together and make a Doom mod. Wouldn't it be fun to kill demons set to the Smile song?

I was considering making a Ponyville map (or at least just Twilight's treehouse), but with no actual ponies anywhere. Just demons.

A map of Canterlot or the castle would be more epic though. Fight your way through the city, grab the Elements of Harmony, then head to the throne room for a battle with Cyber-Discord.

I'm surprised you guys haven't seen this. (Or have you? This project might be dead.)

Doesn't really look that great to me, but it is something. Then of course there are those various ponyskins being worked on. One set is in a locked topic here and I know I've seen one for Applejack.

Personally I think the show is ok. It's a quality program for kids which unintentionally gave a heartwarmingly innocent message to an older, jaded and cynical audience of mostly 20 something males. It's harmless, but a lot of the fans are just in it for attention and are obnoxious or worse so I understand where the hate comes from to.
