playing in software & opengl and get a crash log!

I dunno what happen already after i made a thread about "opengl black screen" i have updated my drivers and final it works opengl is fine but after 2 days i didnt find intel graphics media under windows taskbar and opengl & software mode not working
for example: enter to doom2.wad and put skills level and click ok it fast quit and get crash even with software what is the problem?

any help?

Did you already try completely uninstalling your graphics driver and installing it again?

i fixed it , the problem was "disable opengl system" i clicked it on the wrong way....
sorry for this useless thread!
