That's actually nothing you should do. Imagine what would happen if everybody did that...
If you want to draw attention to a certain ticket, add yourself as supporter (and probably ask others to do so) using the support ranking system. Or if you have additional information to a ticket, add a note. Just bumping a ticket by saying "please fix/add" or something like this, doesn't help anybody, but just bloats the list of notes.
