Can't create a new thread in the Development forum

You do not have permission to access this page. This could be because of one of the following reasons:

I wished to point to old tracker tickets left without any further actions to staff.

That's actually nothing you should do. Imagine what would happen if everybody did that...

If you want to draw attention to a certain ticket, add yourself as supporter (and probably ask others to do so) using the support ranking system. Or if you have additional information to a ticket, add a note. Just bumping a ticket by saying "please fix/add" or something like this, doesn't help anybody, but just bloats the list of notes.
