What Game scared you the most ?

Silent hill 3 had some lame scenario, but still its creepiest game for me. Disturbing monsters, areas, sounds.

When I was little, the classic DOOM games scared me. The levels with slow paced music made it seem scary for me and the Pinky Demon scared me as well. I wound up given him the name "The Pink Fellow Guy" due to him being pink and him running around with that mouth wide open. A friend of my Brother's let me played it. Same thing with Quake with the reaper and music.

As of now, nothing really scares me. But I am looking forward to "Zombie U" for the Wii U.

same for me lol (was 6 at the time yo!) aside it wasnt the pinkys that scared me it where the imps (i never got to the pinkys)

edit: doom3 made me jump a few times otherwise not scary tho.

Another vote for Amnesia, the atmosphere is terrifying when you are not expecting it, especially when you play with a good 2.1 system with a sub, lights out and volume turned up. I don't think I've had any other game make me panic more than any other game I've played.

Doom, when I was younger than ten. Anytime I played Doom II for Windows 95 on my old XP Machine, I always turned off monsters.

Amnesia for sure. The atmosphere in that game is simple unmatched to any other horror game I've played.

I'm not usually one to get scared by games, but you remember Afraid of Monsters? Yeah, that game/mod/whatever is the closest thing I can get to getting scared at something.

Hate to say it, but when I was like 7? Doom 64. Fuck that opening stage, I did NOT want to turn that first corner into that pitch dark hallway and get mauled by whatever horrible thing my imagination could come up with.

Didn't help that the TV I played on was dark in the first place. To be honest Doom 64 is more of a Doom 3 than the official one is.

First F.E.A.R. made me unable to sleep for 3 days. Then after playing F.E.A.R. 2 that's imo not even slighty scary, and after seeing a few screamers, I think I got immune to that kind of scares. They actually make me laugh now. But eh, first F.E.A.R. is the shit. :p

I can't stand to play SCP-173 for more than 15 seconds otherwise I'll have a nervous breakdown.

I just hate games that focus not being able to defend yourself very well and just running and hiding (Amnesia, Ghoul's Forest 3, SCP, Slender, etc.)

To be honest, I got scared from the Yurei boss battle in the ghouls forest. It's the pressure that I just can't handle that, if you don't hit her in time, you're pretty much screwed, while it goes faster and faster T_T

Lately, I've been playing games from several "RPG-maker"-games, such as "Ib" and "The Witch's House". Pretty basic games, with puzzles, but have a very nice story and enough jumpscares to keep you awake at night!

i was screwed up one xbox wen first time i played doom 3 on level Admin~ Pinkie Demon fight i screamed like nothing else in my home and some one saw my xbox fly out of my window :D
