chrome os/linux wont join server

For some strange reason whenever i install zandroum on my chrome book/linux terminal through flatpak it would refuse to open a server game every time i try to run and join a server it would not open nor crash nothing would happen it would refuse to load i treid looking for error messages nothing showed up i even tried to download it from another source aka the wiki page no dice im wondering if any of you know how to fix this issue so i can use doomseeker on my chromebook and not have to go out and buy a windows pc. also i would to know if this is a common with others or its just me.
