(Edit) Oh I see, 2.6 is a bit slow?
What does college have to do with anything? :P

Building a PC only takes roughly an hour or so, depending how experienced you are in building computers. Even for your first time, it shouldn't take more than an hour and a half really. Newegg has a really good video tutorial on YouTube that goes through every part of the PC building process, from choosing your parts all the way to the final OS touches.

building your own pc isn't as beneficial any more as it used to be, the OS alone (windows 7 home premium) costs €170. the only way to make pc building beneficial is if you make a top range pc in the €1500 to €3000 price range.

Is it really that much now? I'm so glad I switched to Linux as my general use OS when I did. I still maintain a Windows tower for gaming, but I only paid $30 for the copy of Windows through my university. :D

"There's no good computers. There's only badly programmed games".

Seriously, I didn't even knew that you can buy a computer with all parts inside connected and everything. I was always building it.

And about today shitty games - I am sure they are programmed badly intentionally, to make people buy better computers, and spend more money. Or they are programmed in Java, which makes them slow as hell. I see no point in playing games that are programmed badly. You're wasting your money. That's what I think.

A good programmed game should run on every computer.
This signature is empty and useless, I would write another useless idiotism here but people will call me a noob for that, so sorry, no more signatures for you. Go somewhere else.
