I'll be removing the SectorPopulation check from Futility's logic, since that was the biggest source of CPU usage and there have quite a bit of lag complaints!

I've reworked Futility's resource-giving system. It's kinda like Shotgun Frenzy's system in which you step on pads and get health/armor/ammo, but you have to kill shit to get health/armor/ammo for the pads to give to you. It's pretty slick.

Also, removing the SectorPopulation changes things a bit (lotta more dudes), but it'll make things a lot less laggy.

Edit: Would anyone mind if I bundled Samsara with the Futility option?
Edit2: btw the default answer to that is "no I don't give a shit"

Thanks guys for suggesting a wad that has pretty much no information about it online anywhere, I don't even know what game mode it is supposed to be. Could someone PLEASE provide me with a config.
