I think it would be interesting to see because it creates a good potential for comebacks and turnarounds, kinda like the "ultra" meter in the newer Street Fighter games that fills as you take more hits.

Losing teams, imo, should not be given such advantages for a comeback period. If they're losing, they're losing. No need to cater to a lower entry level for the sake of lengthening the matches.

IMO, this idea is a cool one. I even got few ideas for ultimas:
-Mairne: rocket launcher instead of nades
-Hunter: holding fire on arrows other than normal dont slow you down, when having normal arrows you get speed boost.
-Santa: presents spawn more hollies, star is bigger and lasts for longer
-Planes: double the shotguns, double the fun
-Sjas: attack cooldown reduced to half, maybe more scream sounds?
-Jitter: speed boost when not attacking
-Choke: invisibility/partial invisibility
-Impaler: when firing, you spawn not only 6 dicks around you, but also 12 smaller half damage dicks in a bit wider circle around you
-Frosty: with each hit you spawn few ice clouds behind you
-Creeper: armor?
Also, I think the idea of Warlock is bad. His attack type is "magic", but this isnt specific enough to be put as one class. Maybe change his type to either "fire magic" or "lighting magic"? This way you got a class which isnt a "best against everything" faggotry.

Epic comebacks are less epic when you are given an easy way to do half the work.. nothing beats seeing an engineer soloing 6 ghouls and winning -and more irritating than creeper killing all humans every round :<-

Well, the engineer doesn't have to activate his ultimate, if he wants to be a badass and solo the team without an ult, he can still do it.

That engi is going to recieve so much shit from the dead teammates if he throws the game like this :PWell, the engineer doesn't have to activate his ultimate, if he wants to be a badass and solo the team without an ult, he can still do it.
Probably not this because I've seen many (and I mean MANY) scenarios where teams are unbalanced, but the less populated team is WIPING out their opponents.unbalanced (7 vs 4?)

after going to the desert and reflect, i think the idea is good, i mean, we need a thunder ghoul, why?
i had this in my mind:
what about to make hunter upgrade weak to certain things?
i mean if you upgrade ice, you will be weak to fire (vomit, blood ball?)
if you upgrade Fire, you will be weak to ice
if you upgrade light you will be weak to all (because you have a railgun!)
if you upgrade normal magic you will be weak to thunder
and maybe if seems UP, make strength to what you update (if you upgrade ice you will be strength against frostbite and so)
