So you'r Idea is much like Resistance (I think that is the name of the game) but instead of World War 2 it takes place in World War 1 and instead of aliens its against Demons of hell?

My idea for a project is pretty much a Zdoomifyed Brutal Legend with more factions. Hoo boy that'll be a lot of work.

I don't really see the need for 3D models but
There is the Hunters Moon mod which is Quake models and weapons in Doom

A game mode called Necromancer; basically a variant of the Living Dead in Halo Reach/Catasrophe's Boss Battles idea. One person is the Necromancer who cannot use any weapons besides the Necronomicon (lets him raise the dead and cast debuff spells on enemies) but has very high health and gets a good zombie horde to start with*, and the rest are all regular players trying to kill the Necromancer. When a regular player dies he joins the Necromancer's side and becomes a zombie player who's limited to pistol shotgun and (berserk) fist. When all palyer zombies and the Necromancer die the regular players win. When all regular players are corrupted the Necromancer wins.

*this means monsters that could be resurrected by the Necromancer; Zombiemen, shotgunners, chaingunners, pinky demons, and imps. There will normally be corpses of said monsters scattered across designated maps for the necromancer to resurrect, or you could just play on regular Doom maps with monsters on.

I had an idea for a mod where you gotta go super fast. Had a concept build sitting on my harddrive for a while.
Poked at it again yesterday, added a new weapon.

I really want to do something with it, but not entirely sure what. Racing? Deathmatch? Obstacle course? Capture the flag?

A multiplayer mod based on Robot Unicorn Attack.

I was working on a mod similar to that idea, except it was based on Sonic Zeroes.

I would actually like to see a Metal Gear Solid mod mostly because I liked using the SAA and listening to what Revoler Ocelot said every time you reloaded xD

the SAA would make a great multiplayer mod weapon with it being able to bounce off floors and walls like it did in the games, but I would like to see other other MGS concepts out into the mod like the MK2 tranq. pistol, limited silencer, proening / crawling you know stuff like that

I had an Idea where you could make a ninja mod with Shuriken (excuse me if i butcher this word) and kunais, but not like a reskin of normal weapons. with a mod then uses ninja weapons you could combine that with a version of Parkmore that has a wall climbing ability and then someone could make a DMmap pack based around the weapon and the movement mod and have a all out ninja battle. the BG music could be from Ninja Gaiden or Shinobi which they are 16 to 8 bit music so if you want to keep to midis they shouldn't be too hard to remake into midis or find midis of course 8-bit could pass as suitable replacment for the midi music in my opinion.

Danmaku Doom - Basically make every monster fire in Danmaku-esque patterns and beef up Doomguy's arsenal a bit to match.

- 'Shadows' underneath sprites. Brutal Doom achieves this using small subtractive dynamic lights:

Just from looking at the amount of scripting put into the shadows alone, it appears to be a tedious sprite-by-sprite method. But it's an idea, maybe to be more practically implemented into the engine's built in GL renderer someday.

It would be neat if the engine drew shadows automatically, based on the actor's Height and Radius values in DECORATE. :)

Lmao I thought there was a sequel to the film "The deer hunter" when I read that, but yes this would be awesome, a proper slow paced hunting game, I'd be happy to help if you like.

I wouldn't try to replicate the complexity of said hunting game though. The mod would still have a hybrid Doom feel to it and would be targeted at Doom players, mainly as a toned-down break from demon massacre.

I can see a hunting section like this being in an adventure/strategy mod, taking after Oregon Trail.
