I remember that IDE has a launcher that allowed you to run skulltag with several files.

About the design. I like those gray colors. Myabe include flags, and the option to spy server config..

I was gonna wait until an update pic came out, but looking back at it I love the simplicity. The fact it has no icons cluttering the whole thing is actually a very welcoming thing to me. Assuming you are adding icons, if you could leave an option to remove all the icons as a pure simplicity mode, you'd have a huge thanks from me.

Simplistic, clean and easy to use? I think this is definitely a step in the right direction if we want more people to start jumping into games without the OH SO DIFFICULT setup that this generation of gamers is not used to.

I love that interface, but if you don't already have plans for it, it'd be cool to be able to change the color of the blue parts. :) Bonus points for having the option to make it cycle through the rainbow. xD
Also, I agree with Alien about giving it launcher functionality. I use Explorer++ instead of the normal File Manager and it doesn't have the option to drag files onto EXE's that I know of.

I have another update. Regarding style and the interface itself, it's the same. Most of the work I've been doing has been on the backend. Hopefully on the next update I'll have some stuff done on the design and style. :)

So far I can download custom wads on a few sites including /idgames/.

For the WAD Finder, can you show the download speed in KB/s (as well as downloaded MB/total MB) to the right of the progress bar of the actively-downloading file? It would be nice to know if the download is going fine or not.

This looks great, I used to use DoomConnector (I don't know if anyone uses/used or remembers it) but I always prefered it to IDE and Doomseeker. I tried using it the other day but it kept losing my connection, either way you should check it out as it has some good features. It had its own community on it which was good, although they had all gone when I last went on it.

I haven't built the proper architecture to handle it currently, but this would most likely be the next task I will do.

Is communication with the not-masterserver bits of ZandroNet going to be some sort of published standard? Or even better, some sort of C API that could be called from damn near anything?

As long showing your country become optional, I agree.
Why because you can't alias anymore? Also, love that green color!

It needs to report how big are the files. I have less than 3 gigs remaining so yeh

Hm, does it download archives yet ?

This ok? Haven't decided where I am going to put it exactly, currently its on the tooltip. I really want the UI to be a simplest as possible with the hope of the least amount of information on the screen.

Yes. It will extract zip files on its own.

Yeh, that's nicely done sir

What's up with .rar format ? Having Doomseeker, IDE, they don't deal with .rar and not real sure why

I don't use 7-zip, it uses up my single core harshly, plus far too many settings to learn

After testing it, I like it alot. Slick interface, fast getwad, fast loading to list servers and connects to zan server without a prob.
Im excited to see future updates, keep up the good work guys.

Any progress?

Could you build a win32/linux binary for us, please?

I haven't made any real new progress in a while. Life is hitting me directly in the face. Soon I'll be working on some of it. At moment, all I need is an interface to create a server, a settings menu, and a list of featured wads with screenshots and metadata.
