Hexen maps with team-based objectives?

I feel like I already know the answer to this, but are there any Hexen mapsets for CTF, Skulltag, Domination, etc.? I'm not just looking for the built-in modes, either; any sort of team-based objective game mode will do, be it custom or otherwise.

The name Joseph Hicks comes to mind. I think he was working on a Heretic/Hexen CTF pack a few years ago.
