the Skulltag specific actors again ? Like weapons/inventory items and such ? Do we need to add them to our mods for them to work in Zandronum or will they be kept ?

If you're inheriting from them or using them in your mods you're going to have to copy the Decorate as they're going to be staying out of Zandronum.pk3 as far as I know (or just load Skulltag_actors.pk3.)

Yea as Llewellyn said.. Just load st_actors/data. I dunno how they could be fixed if they are already in the wad (like hdr.. but Aerial said she would fix once Zandro goes final, or official whateva)

Add them to your mods. Existing mods can still be played using skulltag_actors.pk3 and skulltag_data.pk3, but it's recommended that new mods don't rely on them.

Are the rune natives going to stay in Zandronum ? I don't think we can actually do them. I just experienced an error when I copied the skulltag actors, about native things being only loadable in internal actors etc. It also didn't recognize A_RandomPowerupFrame and gave me an error about it.

Anything that's in there now is most likely to stay in for 1.0. The native rune actors are staying for sure (this may change if we ever generalize the rune system) as well as all things essential for the gamemodes, e.g. flags, Terminator artifact, etc.

All native actors were kept, aside from Hissy and that thing's functionality was moved to A_FaceConsolePlayer anyway.

I like the new "clean-slate" aspect to all of this. Most of the skulltag-specific stuff was annoying.
