Really good mods? (coop/dm/misc multiplayer)

I've been looking into zandro multiplayer and i'm thinking about getting my friends to play with me.
Along with running vanilla doom 1/2, i want to play through other interesting gameplay mods and dm maps.

I dunno which ones are really good or where to find them, being new to the zandronum scene and all, so if any of you have ones that you like/play often i'd like to hear what you got! :0
