Igor is slowly becoming an old meme and everyone notices

EDIT: Igor was originally meant to be an announcer account, to announce things, but that was phased out early in the lifetime of the forums. (look at the "Latest news:" ticker at the top for example)
I guess you could say he's an old relic, and until recently everyone just politely let him stick around...

I feel better about Igor now that you have told what his point is, thank you.

I think you should make him an announcer, I think people will use it and have a lot of fun, and then you would get rid of 80% of the bad thinking about Igor (and probably 80% of the posts relating to disliking Igor too) :)
