I hear weird things sometimes. Sometimes very faint, and listening to them actually brings some annoying thoughts and concepts to thought.

My old man always said I'd go deaf from all the earblasting music I played.

Two decades later and I'm still capable of hearing things others simply aren't!

I'm a wolf so I have extremely sensitive hearing.

I've also been very reluctant to tell anyone but I think I'm "psychic". I have premonition-type thoughts about random things, people, or places, just innocent normal thoughts within my everyday train of thought. Then I see or hear or smell or otherwise experience the exact person or object I was thinking about minutes earlier.

The only problem is that I can't use this to "predict" the future. Only in hindsight do I realize that a seemingly random thought from my own head foretold whatever my current situation is. And then I'm like "dude wuuuuuut".

Maybe I just trip too much.

It doesn't surprise me that most of you have sensitive hearing ;)

I can't hear for shit, honestly. During conversations with friends I often am forced to assume I heard what they said and react to my assumption instead of the actual words... which sometimes ends hilarious. Sometimes even for me.
While this might sound terrible, I'm actually kinda proud of myself for not going to specialised medic and curing my terrible hearing and for dealing with my mild deafness in a way that makes people around me giggle. Their happiness is enough to brighten my day, I guess :P

Sometimes I hear like a thud or something, yet nothing's happened. Or sometimes I would think I'd hear someone calling my name, but I go about and ask if someone did, but no one did. And this may just be where I live but sometimes I hear constant tapping on my hallway window, almost like a bird is pecking it. Faint but it's there. :/

And as for feeling, sometimes I feel sudden jolts of a tingly feeling in my right knee. Or maybe a phantom bite thinking something bit me on the thigh.

lol @ Ænima

Anyway, I can hear this high pitched noise that comes from old CRT displays, and it's pretty damn annoying when someone around is using an almost dying monitor that emits ear piercing sounds, but the person that actually uses the device doesn't even know about it -_-

Well, in terms of hearing, old crt televisions used to annoy me because you can hear that high pitched EEEEEEEEE while they're on. I don't think thats too uncommon, though. I'm glad you don't get that with LCD screens.

I have an insanely sensitive nose, though. I find many smells absolutely disgusting that other either can't smell, or aren't bothered by. Sometimes people are feasting away on things that I can't even get within one meter of, because I would vomit from the smell. It's more common than I'd like it to be.. I can't even be in the same room as something like tuna or dog food, I'll lose my lunch instantly.

Furry pls.

Anyway, it's actually considered a fact that people with some level of aspergers/autism are often very susceptible to audio, especially sounds that 'regular' people simply do not notice if not paying attention/being aware of in the first place.
It's an interesting bit of brain chemistry in action.

Also, those damn assburgers, hogging all the sound perception.

Almost everyone who said sounds heard the same things. Asked a few people and they hear them as well. CRT monitors and cheap speakers are very loud dunno how anyone can't notice them. Don't think most of them qualify as sounds most people can't hear -well beside dog whistles thanfully!

I got a powerful intuition, though it usually just leaves me some vague hint, so I know afterwards what it was for...

Smells? I taste them. Literally.
I have had a nose condition my whole life and got medicined relatively recently, and I have adapted by smelling with my tongue... And when I tell someone something taste like shit, I mean it...

The audio phenomenons are more likely related to a broader spectrum of audible frequencies.
Mind that people have a tendency to have damaged their spectrum these days due to the popularity of earphones:

and that thing about these fuckers being worse than headphones for your ears. (Do keep in mind that it all boils down to the volume.)

I've noticed this. Im quick to assume its a coincidence, but it could certainly be a sort of Pavlov's Response - Perhaps, although subtle, we've got more senses on our list.

i used to hear voices calling my name as a kid, and i would asume it was my mom. i would respond to them, then for my mom to walk in and say she didnt call me.

this always happened at night when i was in bed, i was like 6 or 7 at the time. fortunaly this stopped after a while. (when i cant remmember as this was very long ago.)

does this sound weird?

The weirdest thing also was when I was watching a moving they were talking about that weird 11 number thing, I think it's a signal rofl
