Bird's eye view

I want to emulate a pure 90 degrees bird's eye view, regardless of GL/Software. Any help? Is it even possible with doom?

You can do it in GL but not software, sorry.


Unless POLYMOST finally gets implemented. Which it won't.

Put a camera on your map or whatever with a Pitch of 90.
Use the ChangeCamera ACS command.

Oh right! I was looking at the ZDoom wiki and it mentioned the pitch goes from 1-89, but I forget that that's software and not GL. Thanks~

Okay, got another question here. When using A_JumpIf, is there a way to incorporate velx/y/z into the expressions? Zan doesn't recognize those as legitimate...
